Overview
Hadley Township Fire Department (HTFD) serves a small rural community in Lapeer County with a team of 20-22 paid-per-call firefighters. Most responses are medical, but the department also covers thousands of wooded acres with limited infrastructure.
Challenge

While exploring dual-sided pump panels, HTFD discovered SAM. Its automated controls and remote interface offered more than just visibility—it offered complete pump control from anywhere on scene. In 2019, HTFD became the first department in the country to adopt SAM.
